Ok, well, having been tagged by ~siby, I'm supposed to write down 6 strange things about myself... let's see...

1) It's since I'm 18 that every single one of my girlfriends (not so many of them actually) are not italian and not living anywhere closer than 800 kms from me.

2) I'm addicted to books. To make some examples, there are times I find myself reading 5 different books at the same time, while sometimes I read a series of book from the same author, my current record being 8 in a row with Patrock O'brian. In summer, I read always at least a book by Stephen King, but usually between 2 and 4. I've even stopped counting the books waiting on my shelf to be read, I measure them now in meters, currently 1,5 meters and yet I keep buying them.

3) I promised myself I would had visited all the major capitals of Europe within my 30th year. I failed, I missed Madrid, Instambul, Athens and Stockholm. On the other hand, I've been to Budapest and Berlin 4 times, Paris and Copenaghen 3 times, twice in Bruxelles and once in London, Saint Petersburg, Vienna, Belgrade, Bucharest and Warsaw.

4) For almost 1 year and a half I've been faithful to a girl I had never even met in person (I was probably in love with the idea of her). When we finally met, we didn't actually like each other.

5) In particular occasions, I can go on for days without eating and barely sleeping. I did it once for a whole week while I was directing a kind of a conference, eventually collapsing and havig to be brought home semi-unconscious. Afterwards, I was forced to stay in bed for almost 2 weeks.

6) I speak Italian and English and can read average french and spanish. I did study French and German with not much of a success and even Russian for.. umm... 2 weeks.
